Enter your name and address, and
the shipping location if different from that given
in your personal information. (Note: Please make
sure this information is correct, as you will not
have the option to modify it once you've passed

6.
Select your payment preference,
either "credit card"
or "PayPal" (Please

Click the "» checkout"
button to go to the shipping options.

Select one of the shipping options
listed. To facilitate your decision, there is next
to each option an estimated time of delivery and
cost. The cost is automatically calculated by USPS
based on the total weight of the items in your order
and is neither determined nor inflated by PopIconTees.com.
After you have made your selection, click on the

to go to the order summary page.

The order summary lists the cost
of the items ordered, shipping, and handling, and
the grand total. Check that all this information
is correct and then click the "»
checkout" button to go to the payment
page.
9.
If you had selected "credit
card" as your payment method, you will transfer
to the Moneris Solutions secure server to enter
your credit card information. If you had chosen
"PayPal" then you will transfer to the
PayPal secure server and have the option of paying
with or without a PayPal account. In either case,
enter the information required and then conclude
the payment processing by clicking on the "Process
Transaction" button (Moneris) or ""
(PayPal) to go to PopIconTees.com "Thank You"
page.
10.
The "Thank You" page
displays the complete details of your order. (A
copy of this is sent to your e-mail address.) Check
to make sure all of the information in it is correct.
That is it. The entire checkout procedure should
not take more than five minutes to complete.

Both PopIconTees.com and either
Moneris Solutions or PayPal immediately sends an
order details confirmation to your e-mail address.

Approve or cancel the final costs
by e-mail. Once we receive your approval, we will
process your credit card and ship your items immediately.
9.
Both PopIconTees.com and its payment
processor, Moneris Solutions, immediately send an
order details confirmation to your e-mail address.

What if it has been more than 60 minutes
since I placed my order?
While we can't guarantee cancellations made after 60 minutes,
if your order has not entered our order processing window,
we may still be able to cancel your order.
For your convenience, we'll send you an e-mail letting
you know whether your order cancellation was successful.
It may take 2-3 business days to confirm your request.
A Final Note:
If your cancellation was not successful, you can always
return order for a refund, less the shipping fees, within

Our shipping rates are automatically calculated based
on the final total weight and shipping address of your
order according to the USPS shipping guide and price list.
We neither mark up shipping nor have control over the
rates you are given, as they are actually calculated on
the USPS web site and displayed on our web site. Depending
on your shipping address and total weight, you'll be presented
a few shipping options to choose from, which will also
include estimated delivery times.
We also charge a handling fee to cover our manual labor
and material costs to pick and pack your order for shipping.
There is one handling fee regardless of the number of
items shipped.
What if I'm not home to
receive my package? (U.S.A. only)
If a USPS carrier attempts to make a delivery when no
one is home, the package may be put in safe place, such
as a milk box, porch or garage. Otherwise, the carrier
will leave a delivery notice indicating where and when
you can pick up your package — typically at your
local post office.
We'll gladly accept orders from many countries around
the world. Here are just a few things to keep in mind:

for items damaged in unpacking.
Merchandise returned to us in new condition (unused and/or
unopened) will be refunded the full purchase price, less

Washed and/or worn clothing is not returnable.
All return requests must shipped back within 30 days.
If you're returning a package because it arrived damaged

Undeliverable packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable.
When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us,
we issue a refund (excluding shipping charges).
We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us

items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place
a new order on our web site.

Why was my package undeliverable?
Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one
of the following reasons:

Incorrect address. If the address
is incorrect or outdated, the carrier or the unintended
recipient typically returns the package to us. Please
double-check your address carefully when placing
a new order. If an APO or FPO address is entered
as an international address, the package will not
reach its destination. Please click here

·
Address format. If a post office
box address or P.O. Box was entered in a format
our system does not recognize, the package may be
shipped through a carrier that cannot deliver to
a post office box. To ensure that such packages
are routed through the proper carriers, please enter
the box number as "PO BOX" followed by the number.
·
Other address problems. If the
order is being shipped to a prison, there may be
delivery restrictions associated with the items
or shippers. These restrictions are determined by
the penitentiary and may vary. In rare cases, it
is also possible that the address label became illegible
during the shipping and handling process.
·
Failed delivery attempts. Most
of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a
package. Packages that contain more than $400 of
merchandise will always require a signature; otherwise,
it is generally up to the driver's discretion to
determine whether a signature is required. If the
driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and
no one is present to accept the delivery after three
attempts, the package will be returned to us.

Refused by recipient. If a person
is receiving a gift and not expecting a gift, they
may refuse the package if they believe it was sent
to them in error. If you still want to send these
items, you may want to let the recipient know that
a surprise is on the way.

APO and FPO addresses Having trouble entering an APO or FPO address
on our order form? Following these steps should help:

Enter the recipient's full name
and address in the relevant fields.
·
Enter "APO" or "FPO" in the "City"
field.
·
Enter "AE" in the "State/Province/Region"
field if the recipient is stationed in Europe, Canada,
Africa, or the Middle East. Enter "AA" if the recipient
is stationed in the Americas. Enter "AP" if the
recipient is stationed in Asia or the Pacific. Regardless
of where the recipient is stationed, select "United
States" from the "Country" drop-down menu.

Following these steps will ensure
that you're charged the correct shipping amount
and that your order will be delivered in a timely
fashion. All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are
sent via U.S. Priority or First Class Mail. We estimate
