· How do I place an instant order online with a credit card?


Ordering online at PopIconTees.com is fast and easy! Simply follow the steps below to complete your purchase online.

1. Browse PopIconTees.com for items you would like to order. If you need help finding an item, use the search facility, located near the top of each page, to find it.
2. When you have found an item you would like to purchase, then enter the quantity, select the style, and click the "+ add to cart" button.
3. Continue to browse, and add more items to your order, if you like.
4. When you are done shopping, click the "» checkout" button to go to the checkout form.
5. Enter your name and address, and the shipping location if different from that given in your personal information. (Note: Please make sure this information is correct, as you will not have the option to modify it once you've passed this page!)
6. Select your payment preference, either "credit card" or "PayPal" (Please click here to learn more about your payment options.) Click the "» checkout" button to go to the shipping options.
7. Select one of the shipping options listed. To facilitate your decision, there is next to each option an estimated time of delivery and cost. The cost is automatically calculated by USPS based on the total weight of the items in your order and is neither determined nor inflated by PopIconTees.com. After you have made your selection, click on the "» checkout" button to go to the order summary page.
8. The order summary lists the cost of the items ordered, shipping, and handling, and the grand total. Check that all this information is correct and then click the "» checkout" button to go to the payment page.
9. If you had selected "credit card" as your payment method, you will transfer to the Moneris Solutions secure server to enter your credit card information. If you had chosen "PayPal" then you will transfer to the PayPal secure server and have the option of paying with or without a PayPal account. In either case, enter the information required and then conclude the payment processing by clicking on the "Process Transaction" button (Moneris) or "" (PayPal) to go to PopIconTees.com "Thank You" page.
10. The "Thank You" page displays the complete details of your order. (A copy of this is sent to your e-mail address.) Check to make sure all of the information in it is correct. That is it. The entire checkout procedure should not take more than five minutes to complete.
11. Both PopIconTees.com and either Moneris Solutions or PayPal immediately sends an order details confirmation to your e-mail address. Please retain these as you may need the information in them should you enquire about your order.

· How can I track my order?


You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail from USPS once your order has been shipped. This e-mail will include your USPS tracking number. Due to tracking limitations of the United States Postal Service for International orders, package tracking is currently unavailable for most deliveries.

· Can I cancel my order?


You may cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it. Simply follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Contact" link at the top of the page.
2. Complete the contact form with your name, e-mail address an Order ID. Ensure you select "Cancel your order" from the "Subject" drop-down menu.
3. Click on the submit button to submit your request to cancel your order.


What if it has been more than 60 minutes since I placed my order?
While we can't guarantee cancellations made after 60 minutes, if your order has not entered our order processing window, we may still be able to cancel your order.

For your convenience, we'll send you an e-mail letting you know whether your order cancellation was successful. It may take 2-3 business days to confirm your request.

A Final Note:
If your cancellation was not successful, you can always return order for a refund, less the shipping fees, within 30 days of the date of shipment.

· When will my order ship?


Orders received by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST Monday-Friday will be shipped within 36 hours and delivered by USPS.

· When will my order be delivered?


You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail from USPS once your order has been shipped. This e-mail will include your USPS tracking number, which you may use to track your order.

1. First Class Mail: 4-10 business days (approximately), insurance not included
2. Priority Mail: 2-5 business days (approximately), insurance not included
3. Express Mail: 1-2 business days, insurance not included

International shipping options (USPS):
1. First-Class Mail International: 7-45 business days (USPS does not give an exact delivery time — you will see the term "Varies" where you select this option at checkout — but expect 1.5-4 weeks to Europe. Insurance not included.)
2. Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days (approximately), insurance not included
3. Express Mail International: 3-5 days to most major markets, includes tracking and insurance up to $100.00

· How much is shipping and handling?


Our shipping rates are automatically calculated based on the final total weight and shipping address of your order according to the USPS shipping guide and price list. We neither mark up shipping nor have control over the rates you are given, as they are actually calculated on the USPS web site and displayed on our web site. Depending on your shipping address and total weight, you'll be presented a few shipping options to choose from, which will also include estimated delivery times.

We also charge a handling fee to cover our manual labor and material costs to pick and pack your order for shipping. There is one handling fee regardless of the number of items shipped.

What if I'm not home to receive my package? (U.S.A. only)
If a USPS carrier attempts to make a delivery when no one is home, the package may be put in safe place, such as a milk box, porch or garage. Otherwise, the carrier will leave a delivery notice indicating where and when you can pick up your package — typically at your local post office.

· What is your return policy?


Should you receive a damaged or defective item from PopIconTees.com, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. Claims must be made within 30 days of receiving order.

All returned merchandise must include all original factory packaging, materials, and/or documentation. Please use caution when unpacking your order. We are not responsible for items damaged in unpacking.

Merchandise returned to us in new condition (unused and/or unopened) will be refunded the full purchase price, less shipping and handling charges.

Washed and/or worn clothing is not returnable.

All return requests must shipped back within 30 days.

· How can I return my order?


If you're returning a package because it arrived damaged or because you received the wrong item, you will not be charged a return shipping fee.

Our return policy is simple:
Clothing worn or washed can not be returned, all other products may be returned provided they are in original packaging, unused, and undamaged.

All returned items will be refunded the value of the product only less a $2.00 restocking fee. Upon receiving your goods, and provided they are in "as new" condition, we will refund your credit card and send you an e-mail notification accordingly.

· How can I exchange my order?


If you received a wrong or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, then

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You will be refunded your original purchase price less a $2.00 per order restocking fee once we receive the item.

· Is my package missing?


If my package has not arrived in a reasonable amount of time what do I do?
The USPS has periodical delays in their shipping times due to do holidays, adverse weather or terrorist threats. If you choose 'First-Class Mail International' as your shipping option, then your order can take up to 60 days (45 business days) to arrive and we will not be able to put in a claim until after that time if it has gone missing. Undeliverable packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund (excluding shipping charges).

We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our web site.

Why was my package undeliverable?
Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:

· Incorrect address. If the address is incorrect or outdated, the carrier or the unintended recipient typically returns the package to us. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order. If an APO or FPO address is entered as an international address, the package will not reach its destination. Please click here for instructions on how enter an APO and FPO address.
· Address format. If a post office box address or P.O. Box was entered in a format our system does not recognize, the package may be shipped through a carrier that cannot deliver to a post office box. To ensure that such packages are routed through the proper carriers, please enter the box number as "PO BOX" followed by the number.
· Other address problems. If the order is being shipped to a prison, there may be delivery restrictions associated with the items or shippers. These restrictions are determined by the penitentiary and may vary. In rare cases, it is also possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process.
· Failed delivery attempts. Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than $400 of merchandise will always require a signature; otherwise, it is generally up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us.
· Refused by recipient. If a person is receiving a gift and not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still want to send these items, you may want to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way.

Entering APO and FPO addresses
Having trouble entering an APO or FPO address on our order form? Following these steps should help:

· Enter the recipient's full name and address in the relevant fields.
· Enter "APO" or "FPO" in the "City" field.
· Enter "AE" in the "State/Province/Region" field if the recipient is stationed in Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East. Enter "AA" if the recipient is stationed in the Americas. Enter "AP" if the recipient is stationed in Asia or the Pacific. Regardless of where the recipient is stationed, select "United States" from the "Country" drop-down menu.
· Following these steps will ensure that you're charged the correct shipping amount and that your order will be delivered in a timely fashion. All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via U.S. Priority or First Class Mail. We estimate 3 to 5 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations may take longer.
